Refund and Returns Policy

Agro-Product Special Terms & Refund Policy

At Quickbee BD, we deal with fresh agricultural products that are highly time-sensitive. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms regarding returns and refunds:

1. No-Return Policy for Perishable Goods

  • Final Sale: Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruits (Mangoes, Lychees) and livestock, all sales are final once the product has left our warehouse.
  • Health & Safety: We cannot accept returns of food items to ensure hygiene and food safety standards for all our customers.

2. Damage/Quality Claims (Domestic Orders)

  • Immediate Inspection: Customers are required to inspect the product at the time of delivery.
  • 24-Hour Reporting: Any claim regarding rotten or damaged fruit must be reported within 12 to 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and video evidence of the unboxing.
  • Resolution: If the claim is found valid, we will offer a Store Credit or a Partial Refund for the damaged portion only. We do not offer full refunds for minor cosmetic blemishes that are natural for organic agro-products.

3. International Shipping Disclaimer

  • Buyer’s Risk: For international orders, Quickbee BD is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, airline schedules, or local courier delays in the destination country.
  • No Refunds for Delays: Since we cannot control international transit times, no refunds will be issued if the quality of the fruit deteriorates due to shipping delays or customs holding.
  • Address Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a 100% accurate delivery address and be available to receive the package. If delivery fails due to the customer’s absence, no refund will be provided.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-Shipping: You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placement.
  • Post-Shipping: Once the product has been sourced or dispatched from the farm/warehouse, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained.

5. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)

  • Quickbee BD shall not be liable for any failure to deliver or deterioration of quality caused by natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions.
